Mavs Owner Mark Cuban Accused of Sexual Assault, Denies Claim

Dallas Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban, had reportedly been investigated by Portland, OR police in 2011 after a woman claimed that the billionaire sexually assaulted her at a bar where they were both at. The news comes on the heels of the Mavericks organization being put under investigation by the NBA for similar charges where women were afraid to interact with male counterparts or report any incidents of sexual harassment or assault. The reported hostile work environment not only denied any wrongdoing of various employees of the basketball organization but enabled the behavior. According to the police report by the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office, the woman said that Cuban inserted his hand down the back of her jeans and digitally penetrated her while both of them posed for a picture at said bar. Cuban was never charged with a crime for that 2011 incident after the investigating department concluded that there had been not enough evidence to press charges. Cuban protested in an email to The Associated Press adamantly stating, “It never happened.” Check out more at
