Jerry Jones To Keep Jason Garrett as Head Coach

Aww T..You weren't supposed to say anything about Jason..

Jason Garrett was the highest paid assistant coach in the NFL before recently being bumped up to Interim Head Coach for the Dallas Cowboys..Jerry Jones has been searching high and low for the right person to fill the vacant Head Coaching gig for next season…but most likely next year’s coach is already employed by the Cowboys..My sources tell me Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has assured Jason Garrett that if he finishes the season strong he will remain the Head Coach come next season..My Cowboys insider reveals Jerry’s initial efforts to land a big name coach have been unsuccessful..and Jones realizes that he already has a ton of money invested in Garrett ($3 Million a year)..In a scenario where another coach comes in, Garrett would still remain the Offensive this makes sense on a few levels..Jones retains his GM moniker and won’t have to pay more out of pocket to try and start over..Maybe Garrett has been the answer all along?-TO
