What motivates you to train? – For me, I like setting an example for other women to be strong, healthy, and self-loving. Training gives you a sense of confidence and reaching goals reminds you how badass you really are. I want ALL women to feel that way. I also crave the endorphin release and love seeing progress with each workout that passes. And last but not least, I like to show others what can be accomplished on a vegan diet. Plant-based doesn't mean you become skinny/ malnourished/ lose your curves/ can't gain muscle etc. Plant-based living is actually so much healthier and better for the planet! And yes you can make gains. – Focus on whatever it is motivates you, especially on those tired days when the last thing you want to do is be at the gym. Take a deep breath and remind yourself of those things. I promise training consistently is worth it. Stick with it my loves!
