Gamer Pitches $1 Million Perfect Game

I'm going to Vegas Terez..

How’s this for sports marketing…be the first person to pitch a perfect game in the new Major League Baseball 2K10 game and win $1 million…and it already happened..and the dude did it in less than 90 minutes…Wade McGilberry of Alabama bought the game at midnight on the night it came out and won the million dollar prize the very next day when he got home from work….”I called my wife, who was at work, and said, ‘Honey, I’m done. I don’t need to play anymore,” McGilberry said..2K sports didn’t take insurance out on the contest so they’re stuck footing the bill..”We’re very happy to give the money away,” said Jason Argent, vice president of marketing for 2K Sports. “This was something innovative we dreamed up and we were really able to make some noise in the marketplace.”..maybe next time they should hire better game programmers..and McGilberry threw the perfect game with Braves pitcher Kenshin Kawakama..Wow!-TO
