Brett Favre to Reveal Future on Jay Leno’s Tonight Show

March 1, 2010 at 12:15 pm by Terez in Brett Favre, Minnesota Vikings

Tune in this Thursday Terez..

The Vikings should get an indication about Brett Favre’s future in Minnesota when the quarterback, who has been silent since the end of the season, appears Thursday on the relaunching of Jay Leno’s “Tonight Show” as a guest. It would be hard to believe that the subject won’t come up. Otherwise, there’s no point in Favre being on the show. He didn’t have to accept the invitation. If he wanted to avoid the limelight, he could have remained in relative seclusion in Mississippi. When it comes to publicity, though, Favre is as sharp as anyone. So is his agent, Bus Cook, who likes to play dumb. The Leno show will be taped earlier in the day. The Vikings are sure to be tuned in. The day after the show, the NFL’s trading and free-agency market opens. — Pioneer Press
