So today was shoulders and bi day for me but I recorded some glute/leg workouts for the ladies that have been sliding in the dm ????. @sweetsweat is my work out buddy always use code: KT10 for a discount! I wore it through my actual workout and cardio ???????? ???? Glute bridge variations with bosu ball. I also add a resistant band as well as weight usually. I do 20,20,20 feet straight, feet out, feet pointed in for usually 3-4 sets. ????Superset with hip thrust (never gets less awkward looking ). I do 15 full hip thrusts then 10 pulses up at the top with a long 10 second hold at the end. 3-4 sets. ????Elevated lunges with weight. 20 reps each leg, 4 sets. ????The best finisher. I call this the giving birth leg press work out ????it’ll leave you burning so good you look like your pushing out a child. NONSTOP: 15 leg presses, 20 presses feet wide/angled out with 20 pulses. Straight into 10 jumping presses on a lighter weight. ???????????????? @cea17 knows the burn ???????? (workouts sped up and shortened reps) ALSO SONG: @jadsaad_ spellstruck✨
