Terez, Hicks gave me a Christmas Gift to last 50 lifetimes..

The Major League Baseball Team the Texas Rangers owned by billionaire Tom Hicks filed for bankruptcy today..The move was to  facilitate a sale to investors led by team president Nolan Ryan and his partner Chuck Greenberg.. Alex Rodriguez  was listed as the Rangers’ top unsecured creditor. Remember, Tom Hicks was the buffoon who gave A-Rod a quarter billion dollar contract which changed the scope of baseball salaries.. “I want to assure all our fans that this process will not affect the day-to-day management of the team as we continue to compete for a playoff spot in 2010,” Ryan said in a letter to fans posted on the team’s website..Ranger fans have to be thrilled Hicks is getting out..and A-Rod is laughing all the way to the bank..-TO
