There seems to be some talk that the Philadelphia Eagles may have interest in acquiring Chad Johnson from the Cincinnati Bengals — perhaps with one of their two first-round selections in the NFL Draft, according to Philly.com.
The published report, citing information supplied on ESPN, stated the Eagles’ need for a wide receiver could force them to consider Johnson. The report indicated everyone in Cincinnati believes it is time to move Johnson except owner Mike Brown.
The Philly.com report also indicated the Eagles could have interest in Buffalo Bills left tackle Jason Peters, who is again involved in a contract squabble with the Bills. Source:
