Mike & Mike signed off last November, but their influence on radio and legacy as a show for nearly two decades will be recognized in 2018. Mike Golic and Mike Greenberg will be inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame, and after all the awkwardness that came along with the duo breaking up, it’s nice to hear stuff like this. Via ESPN: Greenberg stated, “I’d like to thank all of the people that voted for us, all the talented men and women who worked on our show over the years, and most of all I’d like to thank Mike.  Our partnership of 18 years was by far the best thing that ever happened to me in my professional life.” And here’s what Golic had to say: “It’s an honor to be going into the National Radio Hall of Fame and to be recognized with Greeny for our 18 years of success with Mike & Mike.  When I began my radio career in Phoenix 23 years ago, I never anticipated ending up where I am today.  It’s been a great ride, and I am extremely grateful.” The pair will be inducted along with New York radio host Mike Francesa. – TO
